There is no denying the climate crisis we are witnessing as hundreds of species go extinct regularly, temperatures rise and weather becomes more unpredictable and violent. In this time of intense and unprecedented change, it is time to call forth our strengths, to share our gifts, to be fully present with all life. The Earth is calling us to step forward in love and with commitment to be fully with Her, no matter what.

Perhaps the lesson is to learn to come together in Oneness even when all appears lost. We came to this planet at a pivotal point in the collective spiritual evolution of the human species to learn and then lead. Transformational leadership is needed and our wisest teachers are those who swim the seas, fly the skies and live in harmony with Earth…something the human species has yet to learn.

As we re-member to synchronize ourselves with the vibrations of Earth and harmonize our walk with Her, we develop skills that can help harmonize relationships with others. As we develop into Earthkeepers, we ground ourselves in the role as planetary stewards. We see that everything is made of energy that connects all life…trees, dolphins, whales, stars, rocks, worms, water…we are all One. As we grow in wisdom, we sense this on a deeper level and start to live in this truth.

How would you express gratitude for your life if this was your last day on Earth? What would be your final act of love for Mother Earth?

Over the past decade I have traveled and photographed sacred places and experienced deep communion with land, water and amazing teachers such as humpback whales, spotted dolphins, manatees and sea lions. My experiences have been shared in books, blog posts and in presentations and now the work is to dive deeper into communion with those wishing to deepen their connection with Earth and to assist them.

A bell is ringing on the inner levels. Its pure sound can be heard by those courageous enough to listen with their heart. We are called to acknowledge the deep grief of witnessing the dying of our sacred ecosystems on the planet. We are asked to stay with our sadness, to not turn away and to keep opening our hearts. What is asked of us is not easy…in fact it’s the most difficult thing we will ever do. We feel our own grief and what Catherine Ingram calls the anticipatory grief for those who cannot bear to look.

Now is the time to be present. We can let go of the dark visions of the future and remain in this moment, releasing any ideas of how this might all turn out. Let us be of service to Mother Earth and all life on Her. Let us bring forth our talents and skills and share them for Her.

As part of my continued work I will be offering various opportunities– Deepening with Nature. Some include a regular outdoor circle with sacred ceremony to encourage deep listening to Earth and each other; day-long solo guided retreats; weekend group retreats; sacred travels and ceremonies and individual consultations. I specialize in working with individuals who have deep grief, anxiety and fear about the climate crisis on our beloved Mother Earth. In addition, there is forthcoming a path of study for those wishing to deepen their connection with Nature and thus themselves that includes one-on-one consultation in addition to modules of guided study.

I am currently in the process of relocating to the sacred Appalachian Mountains, some of the oldest on the planet. It is here where my work will soon be based.
